We are specialists in drainage CCTV Surveys for both private and public sectors.
A CCTV survey can quickly identify blockages or damage to underground drainage pipes but more importantly identify entry points for rats.
Drainage CCTV is a remotely operated camera which we can feed down a pipe to see what’s gioing on up to 50 metres underground.
Our sewer systems in the UK are know to be a network of tunnels used by rats to move around, build nests and breed. Unfortunately, this can also gice them access to our homes or businesses. Our CCTV system allows us to use a small camera and light to search unerground pipes for cracks, holes or nests.
If rats gain access to your property through the sewer system, they will either nest in your property or they may return regularly to access food sources.
The signs of rats are usually easy to spot. They will often leave droppings which look like large brown pellets. You may also hear scratching sounds from behind walls or in the ceiling.
Rats aren’t often scared of humans, so you may even see them during the day time as they search for food.
